  • Human coronavirus HKU1 (which can cause severe pneumonia)
  • Bat coronaviruses HKU4 and HKU5 (closely related to MERS-CoV that caused a major human epidemic in the Middle East and South Korea)
  • Porcine deltacoronavirus HKU15 (closely related to a novel coronavirus causing human infections in Haiti)
  • Bat coronavirus HKU2 (closely related to the swine acute diarrheal virus causing an outbreak in piglets in Guangdong)
